My first year in D-Ivy was a big turning point in my academic life. I started to enjoy my classes. My teachers knew what they were teaching, but they also tried to connect with students on a personal level. I was able to develop a cordial relationship with my teachers outside the classroom. This helped a great deal when I went to college because I was confident in my ability to establish a meaningful relationship with my professors.
I still keep in touch with some of my professors, and I hope to continue to do so in the future.
